The Duke of Edinburgh's Award concept is one of individual challenge.  It presents you with a balanced, non-competitive program of voluntary activities which encourage personal discovery and growth, self-reliance, perseverance, responsibility to yourself and service to your community.

Requirements:

  • The Duke's Award is available to people aged 14 - 25 years of age

  • Parental permission must be submitted

  • $55.00 payment for the record book

  • A program of activities must be developed

The Duke of Edinburgh's Award is:

    set your own personal challenge

  • Available to all
    anyone can do it !

    it’s up to you what you do - it’s your leisure time

    your program is designed by you for you

    it will develop you in all directions
